Merci beaucoup... Burlesque fan painting was a commission. "Girls with hair dye", one of which is me!!! I do like to splash paint about sometimes. Makes a nice change from the neat & tidy pen & ink work :-)

I love the French? Mademoiselle. Not your usual sort of subject but I can feel the abandon with which she is flourishing her fan. The jury is still out about the girls with the hair dye all the others are great. Yes you are a fine artist (just to encourage your modesty ) but you are a comedian and the kind man who took an anxious woman and showed her she could still produce something worth looking at. Hi, Sorry to hear so many problems with F and P. Moving house is hugely traumatic and we all rely on conveyancers to act in our best interests and to some extent go beyond the call of duty to ensure that our moves go as smoothly as possible. Anyhow the reason for the post is that I used F and P when I purchased this house and had a really good experience with them, they picked up on one or two things I hadn't spotted and made sure that everything was in order for the exchange and completion date. Our buyers conveyancer however were dreadful and needed to be pulled throughout the process. Whilst I can't speak for any of the individual cases here, my experience over the years, having dealt with many house sales, is that you need to manage these people to a large extent and ensure they are on track, not simply wait and hope that it will happen.

Well , During the three years since the death of my father , his house is still stood empty .

After the water damage caused by their forgetting to insure the house adequately and the damage caused they're now hellbent on putting the house through auction despite the fact that we have a cash buyer who has offered to pay what we asked for . This just reinforces my opinion that there's more than a hint of dirty business going on .

Due to their time wasting and inactivity and unprofessional conduct the house has lost £20,000 in value. Are they going to compensate us for the loss in value I wonder?
With the situation of my late father's stocks and shares , I still haven't received any information regarding which shares they have sold ( no doubt to their own holdings ) despite asking for this information . I haven't had any stocks or shares transferred to myself
In my opinion they should be struck off immediately

Sorry to hear that you've also been sucked into the shambolic world of Fidler & Fucking Pepper. The more I hear about this joke of a company, the more impelled I am to tell as many people as possible about them... And then they have the audacity to send me snotty & threatening letters because I'm writing 'bad' things about them!!! Our nightmare with F&P is now well over a year ago, yet I still get angry with this company. We never received a penny in compensation, or even an apology. Just an arsey letter threatening me with legal action unless I remove all the things I've written about them!!!
I think the interesting point is that after highlighting to F&P all of the similar comments on this website, I've never heard back from them. So Fidler & Fucking Pepper, if you are still monitoring this website, here's another dissatisfied customer to add to your ever growing list.
Now where's that email address for Watchdog?

We've also been hit by the fiddlers too. (sellers choice, not ours) After taking time off to get everything sorted on the move date & 4 hours waiting by the telephone after being told by our people that 'it will happen today' we reach 3pm, the money is ready to go but we're told F&P have now asked for the completion not to happen today & to wait until Monday. Time & Money wasted for what seems to be 'bog off early Friday' at F&P.

Nice one, Stephen. The week after you left it got even hotter. The dog didn't move for days and the cat fell into the swimming pool...probably just to freshen up. The person concerned intials are JF ,but he is no longer with them . Alas the people who have taken over are just as incompetant . When we had a meeting with them in May , I offered to buy my late fathers house but they didn't seem to want that which started alarm bells ringing . I've been told by one of my neighbours who's had dealings with them that they work hand in glove with a local estate agent getting properties cheaply and then making a profit .

Wow, I'd like to say I'm surprised, but in all honesty nothing shocks me any more with this company. After sending me a threatening letter, demanding that I remove my 'inaccurate' blog posts, I sent them a very thorough and to the point reply, highlighting all of the people I've encountered who are equally pissed off with Fidler & Fucking Pepper... I've heard nothing back.

Don't talk to me about Fidler and Fucking Pepper . Here's what they did -
When my mother died they took over as Power of Attorney without permission . Then my late father's carehome bill didn't get paid for over a year and then came up with lame excuse that the bank had problems with the direct debit ( this problem could have been resolved within a week ). A complaint to the Law Society soon got their ass into gear . Next they hadn't followed instructions and insured my late fathers house adequately and during the cold winter a water pipe burst and caused considerable damage and we had to get the Solicitors Ombudsman Involved . Also they sent several pointless letters just to grasp a few extra pounds .
When my father died I had to demand a copy of his will and point out to them that they were now executors and not Power of Attorney .
My late father left quite a few stocks and shares and I made several requests that I wanted these shared between my sister and I , but it transpired that F & P had encashed them , ( no doubt to their own holdings ).
I have made it quite clear to F & P that if the house damage and shares are not resolved , then I will personally be taking them to court .
My experience of them is that they are a bunch of crooks and are the most unprofessional solicitors I've ever had the misfortune to deal with .

Thankfully for us our house move is now done & dusted. Almost a year ago today (owch!!!). And at the time, as F & P were only our vendor's solicitors, we didn't really have any contacts with them. As an interesting little side story though; I had a letter from F & P a few months ago. They'd noticed my blog posts, were non too pleased and demanded that I remove them :shock: All jolly nice customer service I think you'll agree!!!

Anyhow, I really hope you get the move sorted without too much stress & don't hesitate in telling F & P how excellent their service has been!!!
